Description

Abstract Achieving international standards in security institutions is one of the important matters that must be adhered to and worked to improve, in order to provide services to stakeholders in the best ways, as the protection of lives and property in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and what the Civil Defense Academy does in enhancing public safety in commercial and industrial buildings and facilities. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the impact of applying institutional agility on achieving international standards in the security institutions of the Civil Defense Academy in Abu Dhabi. The study population consisted of employees of the Civil Defense Academy in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, with different administrative levels, and the application was made to the Civil Defense Academy considering that It is one of the vital sectors in the UAE and its tasks are related to the security and safety of community members, The number of employees at the Civil Defense Academy is estimated at (408) employees at various administrative levels, and the study relied on the comprehensive inventory method, due to the small size of the number of employees, so that It is fully representative of all members of society, so that the results can be generalized, and thus (408) forms were distributed. A survey was conducted and 370 usable questionnaires were returned, and the response rate reached 90.68%.
