| dc.description.abstract | How can PPPs be both sustainable and contribute towards the UAE healthcare? In other words, what is the nature of healthcare in both the means and ends of a PPP project? Largely, healthcare for PPPs has meant whether they are viable projects in their design and development, and whether they offer ‘value for money’. Nevertheless, how can (and should) PPP projects move beyond these objectives, to also deliver results which are promoting good health and well-being through factors such as quality of care, access to care, cost of care and responsiveness? كيف يمكن للشراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص أن تكون مستدامة وتساهم في الرعاية الصحية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة؟ بمعنى آخر، ما طبيعة الرعاية الصحية من حيث الوسائل والغايات في مشاريع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص؟ بشكل عام، ركزت الرعاية الصحية في مشاريع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص على مدى جدواها في التصميم والتطوير، وما إذا كانت تُقدم "قيمة مقابل المال". ومع ذلك، كيف يمكن (ويجب) أن تتجاوز مشاريع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص هذه الأهداف، لتُحقق أيضًا نتائج تُعزز الصحة الجيدة والرفاهية من خلال عوامل مثل جودة الرعاية، وإمكانية الحصول عليها، وتكلفتها، وسرعة الاستجابة؟ | |
