Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الشراكات الدولية في تحقيق مستويات جودة الحياة وتحقيق أهداف التنمية الأمنية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال وبيان أهم العوامل والمتغيرات المؤثرة في ذلك الدور، وبيان أهم النظريات المفسرة لها لذلك الدور، وكيفية تنفيذه، وبيان أهم المقترحات المستقبلية للحفا ظ على ذلك الدور، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي من خلال مقابلة شخصية معمقة مع عينة دراسة ( 15 ) مشارك من وزارة الداخلية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن للشراكات الدولية دور كبير ومؤثر في تحقيق مستويات متقدمة من مستويات جودة الحياة في مجتمع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، كما أنها تلعب دوراً مؤثراً في تحقيق مستويات من رفاه المجتمع، وأن وزارة الداخلية لها العديد من السياسات والاستراتيجيات الحالية والمست قبلية التي تسعى إل ى تنمية ذلك الدور من خلال توسيع نطاق تلك الشراكات على جميع المستويات والمجالات، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة العمل على الاستفادة القصوى من الشراكات الدولية لا سيما في المجال الأمني، كما أوصت بضرورة تركيز الاهتمام بالشراكات الإقليمية لما لدور الجوار من دور مؤثر وخطير في استقرار الأمن الداخلي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة .
Description
The study aimed to analyze the impact of international partnerships in achieving levels of quality of life and achieving the goals of sustainable security development, by explaining the most important factors and variables affecting that role, stating the most important theories explaining that role, and how to implement it, and stating the most important future proposals to preserve that role. The study used a qualitative approach through an in-depth personal interview with a study sample of (15) participants from the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates. The study concluded that international partnerships have a major and influential role in achieving advanced levels of quality of life in the society of the country.
The United Arab Emirates also plays an influential role in achieving levels of community well-being, and the Ministry of Interior has many current and future policies and strategies that seek to develop that role by expanding the scope of those partnerships at all levels and fields. The study recommended the necessity working to make the most of international partnerships, especially in the security field, and recommended the need for greater attention to regional partnerships because of the influential and dangerous role played by neighbors in the stability of internal security in the United Arab Emirates.
