Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى بيان دور شركات الأمن الخاصة في تحقيق جودة الحياة الأمنية في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة، ومن خلال ذلك أعتمد الدراسة على المنهج المزجي من خلال شقيه الكمي والنوعي ، فمن خلال الجزء الكمي فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (150) من المتعاملين، كما اعتمدت في الجزء النوعي على المقابلة مع عينة قصدية مكونة من (10) من متخذي القرار في شركات الأمن الخاصة وأيضا على متخذي القرار بإدارة الشركات الخاصة في وزارة الداخلية، وتم التوصل الى جملة من النتائج من أهمها أن شركات الأمن الخاصة تسهم في توفير الأمن من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمات تتمثل في الحماية الشخصية للأفراد والممتلكات وتأمين المنشآت الحيوية والحراسات ونقل الأموال، إذ أشارت العينة الى أن هناك مستوى رضا عالي حول ما تقدمه شركات الامن الخاصة من خدمات توفر الأمن والطمأنينة إليهم، وهذا نابع من وعي الجمهور بأن الخدمات التي تقدمها شركات الامن عالية الجودة وتعزز لديهم الحماية والسلامة والرفاهية جراء وجودهم في البيئة المحيطة بهم مما يعزز الأمن العام في الدولة ويساعد على رفع مؤشر جودة الحياة الأمنية فيها، وقد اوصت الدراسة من أجل الارتقاء بمستوى أداء شركات الأمن الخاصة يجب الربط بين كافة الجهات والأطراف ذات الاختصاص بإصدار تراخيص شركات أمن الخاصة مثل دوائر التنمية الاقتصادية والمصرف المركزي ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين بنظام موحد وذلك من أجل تحقيق كفاءة الإجراءات وسرعتها والقدرة على إتخاذ القرارات بكفاءة عالية وقدر كفاي من المسؤولية والشفافية مما يرفع مستوى أداء شركات الامن الخاصة وتسهم بشكل أفضل في تحقيق جودة الحياة الامنية.
Description
The study aimed to explain the role of private security companies in achieving quality of security life in the United Arab Emirates. Through this, the study relied on a mixed approach through both its quantitative and qualitative parts. Through the quantitative part, the study relied on a sample of (150) customers. In the qualitative part, I also relied on interviews with a purposive sample of (10) decision-makers in private security companies and on decision-makers managing private companies in the Ministry of Interior. A number of results were reached, the most important of which is that private security companies contribute to providing security from Through the services it provides, including personal protection for individuals and property, securing vital facilities, guarding, and transferring funds, the sample indicated that there is a high level of satisfaction with the services provided by private security companies that provide security and reassurance to them, and this stems from the public’s awareness that the services provided by companies Security is of high quality and enhances their protection, safety and well-being as a result of their presence in the environment surrounding them, which enhances public security in the country and helps raise the quality of security life index in it. The study recommended that to raise the level of performance of private security companies, all agencies and parties with district must be linked to issuing licenses. Private security companies, such as the Departments of Economic Development, the Central Bank, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, have a unified system in order to achieve the efficiency and speed of procedures, the ability to make decisions with high efficiency, and a sufficient degree of responsibility and transparency, which raises the level of performance of private security companies and contributes better to achieving the quality of security life.
